Terms of use

These general terms of use govern the use of the TACTOVIO website and customer area, published by CodixWeb (see the legal notice). By using the website, you accept them. Orders are also governed by the general terms of sale.

1. Access to the website

The website is accessible free of charge, without registration. Connection and equipment costs are borne by the user. TACTOVIO may suspend access for maintenance or updates, without compensation.

2. Customer area

The customer area is created with the first order. It allows the user to track their orders, communicate with TACTOVIO and retrieve the delivered analyses.

Access does not require a password: a personal, temporary login link is sent to the email address used when ordering. The user protects access to their mailbox and does not pass on their login links to third parties. Any action carried out from the customer area is deemed to have been carried out by its holder.

3. User's undertakings

The user undertakes to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• only send videos and information that they have the right to share, in compliance with the image rights of the people filmed, in particular minors;
• not send any unlawful or offensive content, or any content that infringes the rights of third parties;
• use the customer area messages and the contact form courteously and only for their intended purpose;
• not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the operation of the website or circumvent its security measures.

In the event of a breach, TACTOVIO may suspend access to the customer area and refuse an order, without prejudice to any legal action.

4. Content sent

The videos and information sent remain the property of the user or of their owners. The user authorises TACTOVIO and the analyst in charge of the order to view and use them solely to carry out the requested analysis. They are never published or used for any other purpose without written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its brand, texts, visuals and code are protected. The user may consult the website for personal use; any other reproduction or exploitation is prohibited without permission. The use of delivered analyses is set out in the general terms of sale.

6. Availability and liability

TACTOVIO endeavours to ensure continuous access to the website and the customer area, but cannot guarantee it. TACTOVIO is not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure or third-party services (hosting, payment, video transfer, messaging).

8. Changes to the general terms of use

TACTOVIO may amend these general terms of use, in particular to take account of changes to the website. The online version, whose date is shown at the top of the page, applies.

9. Governing law

These general terms of use are governed by Belgian law; in the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the French version prevails. For any question: contact form.
