Privacy policy

Version 1.0, in force since 7 November 2026

This policy explains which personal data the TACTOVIO website processes, for what purpose, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

Julian Albiar Fernandez, trading under the name CodixWeb (TACTOVIO), Rue Pré d'el Cour 2A, 4160 Anthisnes, Belgium. Company number: BE 0676 699 318. Contact: [email protected].

Data processed

  • Order: first name, last name, email address, phone number, language, profile (private individual (consumer), club or company) and, for a club or company, name, address, VAT or company number and billing email address.
  • Analysis: sports information (club, category, match context, objectives, specific requests, shirt number and colour and, where applicable, the player's name for the individual analysis), video link and any password (stored encrypted). The videos themselves may show players, including minors.
  • Payment: amount, status and payment method used (type only). Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe; TACTOVIO never has access to it.
  • Exchanges: messages sent from the customer area and the contact form.
  • Evidence and security: acceptance of the general terms of sale and request to start the service (with the document version and date), login logs and IP address stored in irreversibly encrypted form (hash).

Purposes and legal bases

  • Performing the order (analysis, delivery, customer area, exchanges): performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Invoicing, accounting and evidence of consents: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
  • Website security and prevention of abuse: legitimate interest of CodixWeb (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Commercial information: only if you agreed to it when ordering (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

Your data is never sold.

Recipients

  • Analysts: the analyst in charge of your order only receives what is necessary for the analysis (first name, sports information, video link). They never have access to your full name, your contact details or your payment data. Analysts are bound by confidentiality.
  • Service providers, who only access the data to provide their service: Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, Germany); Cloudflare, Inc. (website delivery and security); Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payment); an email delivery provider; the European Commission (VIES, verification of VAT numbers). Some technical data may be processed outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
  • Video transfer services (Vimeo, SwissTransfer, WeTransfer…): chosen by you or used to deliver the analysis to you, under their own terms.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) under its own privacy policy.

Website audience measurement is carried out with Umami, hosted by CodixWeb, without cookies and without storing any personal data: only aggregated statistics are produced.

Retention period

  • Orders, invoices and evidence of acceptance: 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting legislation.
  • Video link and password: until the analysis is delivered, then in line with the retention period of the order.
  • Contact messages not related to an order: for the time needed to handle the request, 3 years at most.
  • Security logs: 12 months; login links to the customer area: deleted 24 hours after they expire.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Data subject to a legal retention obligation cannot be erased before that obligation ends.

You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Video passwords are encrypted, delivered files are only accessible from the customer area, and the administration is protected by two-factor authentication.

This policy may be updated. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of the page.
