Terms and conditions of sale
Version 1.0, in force since 7 November 2026
These general terms of sale govern orders for video analysis placed on the TACTOVIO website, a trade name of CodixWeb (Julian Albiar Fernandez, sole proprietorship, company number (CBE) BE 0676 699 318, Rue Pré d'el Cour 2A, 4160 Anthisnes, Belgium), hereinafter "TACTOVIO". They apply to every order, whether placed by a private individual (consumer) or by a club or company (business customer).
1. Services
TACTOVIO offers video analysis of football matches carried out by specialised analysts, according to the packages presented on the website: in particular the video analysis of the match, the video analysis with a written report, and the individual analysis of a single player. The content of each package, its price and its indicative timeframe are described on the website at the time of ordering.
The analysis is carried out by an independent analyst selected by TACTOVIO. All exchanges go through TACTOVIO: there is no direct contact between the customer and the analyst.
The analysis is an expert opinion based on the footage provided. It does not guarantee any sporting result.
2. Order
The customer fills in the order form: package, contact details, sports information (match context, objectives and, for the individual analysis, the player's shirt number and colour), video link and preferred language for the analysis. The customer checks the summary, accepts these general terms of sale and proceeds to payment.
The customer declares that they have the right to send the footage for analysis purposes, including where it shows minors or third parties, and indemnifies TACTOVIO against any claim in this respect.
The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed by the payment service provider. A confirmation email is then sent to the customer with access to their customer area.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes (incl. VAT), with Belgian VAT at the applicable rate included. The amount payable is calculated by the website at the time of ordering and shown in the summary:
- business customer established in another European Union Member State and holding a valid VAT number: price excluding VAT, VAT payable by the customer (reverse charge);
- business customer established outside the European Union: price excluding VAT;
- other cases: Belgian VAT.
TACTOVIO may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Payment
Payment is made online, when ordering, using the methods offered by the payment service provider Stripe (bank card, Bancontact, etc.). TACTOVIO never has access to card data. The order is only processed once payment has been confirmed.
For a business customer, an invoice is issued by CodixWeb. For a private individual, the payment confirmation serves as proof of purchase; an invoice can be obtained on request.
5. Match video
The customer provides a download or viewing link for the video (Vimeo, SwissTransfer, WeTransfer or another service offered in the form), accessible and valid for the entire duration of the analysis, together with any password. The quality of the footage determines the quality of the analysis.
If the video is inaccessible, expired or unusable, TACTOVIO informs the customer, who provides a new link; the delivery timeframe is then suspended. If no usable link is provided within a reasonable time, TACTOVIO may cancel the order and refund the customer.
6. Timeframe and delivery
The delivery timeframe is stated for each package; it is currently 48 to 72 hours from confirmation of payment. This timeframe is indicative: a reasonable delay does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or to any compensation, except in the case of a significant unjustified delay.
The analysis is made available in the customer area (link to the analysed video and, depending on the package, a written report in PDF or DOCX format). The customer is notified by email. Transfer links have a limited validity period, shown in the customer area: it is the customer's responsibility to download the files before they expire.
7. Questions and complaints
The customer may ask questions and make a complaint from their customer area or through the contact form, within 14 days of delivery. TACTOVIO examines the request and may, where appropriate, have the analysis supplemented or corrected.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
The consumer has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give any reason, by notifying their decision by email or through the contact form.
When ordering, the consumer expressly requests that the analysis begin before the end of that period and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Article VI.53(1) of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). If the consumer withdraws after the analysis has begun but before delivery, they remain liable for an amount proportionate to the work already carried out. Once the analysis has been delivered, withdrawal is no longer possible.
Any refund is made using the same payment method, no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
9. Use of the analysis
The analysis is intended for the customer's internal sporting use (club, team, staff, player). The customer may share it within their club or with the player concerned. Any resale, public distribution or commercial exploitation requires the written consent of TACTOVIO.
10. Liability
TACTOVIO is bound by an obligation of means. Except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, its liability is limited to the price of the order concerned and excludes indirect damage. TACTOVIO is not liable for the unavailability of third-party video transfer services or for the content of the footage sent by the customer.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
12. Language, governing law and disputes
These general terms of sale are available in several languages; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
They are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Liège have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rules that protect consumers, who may also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (consumerombudsman.be).
