A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. The TACTOVIO website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: no audience measurement, advertising or social network cookies. As these cookies are essential, they do not require your consent and no banner is shown to you.

Cookies used

• tactovio-session: keeps your session while you browse (order form, customer area, security). Duration: 2 hours of inactivity.
• XSRF-TOKEN: protects the forms against fraudulent submissions. Duration: 2 hours.
• tactovio_locale: remembers the language you chose in the language selector. Only set if you change language. Duration: 13 months.
• __cf_bm: may be set by Cloudflare to tell visitors apart from malicious bots. Duration: 30 minutes.

Audience measurement

Website traffic is measured with Umami, without cookies and without identifying visitors: only overall statistics (pages viewed, source, device type) are produced.

Payment

Payment is made on Stripe's secure page (checkout.stripe.com), which may set its own cookies, necessary for payment security and fraud prevention, in accordance with its policy (stripe.com/cookies-policy).

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary cookies may, however, prevent you from sending the order form and from accessing the customer area.
