Every detail changes the game

TACTOVIO is an online football video analysis service operated by CodixWeb. You send the link to your match video, a specialist analyst studies it according to your goals, and you collect the commented analysis, plus the written report if you chose it, in your client area. Everything happens online, with no account to create.

Coaches, clubs and technical staff, as well as players and parents who want an outside view of a match. We analyse youth, senior and women's teams, whatever the context: league, cup, friendly or tournament. You can order as an individual or on behalf of a club or company.

Your video analysed and commented, with key sequences highlighted and the tactical points you asked for (organisation, transitions, pressing, players to watch…). The "Video analysis + report" package adds a written report in PDF or DOCX format, with a summary and areas to work on for your staff.

Yes, with the Individual analysis. The analyst follows a single player throughout the match: key actions, positioning, strengths and areas for improvement. In the form, enter the player's shirt number and shirt colour, and their name if you wish, so they are easy to spot on the video.

Enter a Vimeo, SwissTransfer or WeTransfer link in the form; a tutorial is available for each service. SwissTransfer and WeTransfer links expire: give their expiry date and choose the longest validity available. For a password-protected Vimeo video, add the password, which only the TACTOVIO team and the analyst handling your order can see.

Analyses are delivered within 48 to 72 hours, whatever the package. The lead time starts once your payment is confirmed. You are notified by email as soon as your analysis is available.

In the form, you choose the language of the comments and report from the languages offered, currently French, English and Dutch. Your order is assigned to an analyst who is fluent in that language. The website, emails and your client area stay in the language you use to order.

Prices are shown including VAT. Payment is made online through Stripe, by card, Bancontact or another secure payment method: your bank details are never shared with us. For a club or company, the applicable VAT is calculated from your country and VAT number, and the exact amount is shown in the summary before payment.

No. You simply fill in the order form. Your client area is then accessible without a password: enter your email address to receive a secure sign-in link, or use the link included in every email about your order.

You receive an email as soon as the analysis is available in your client area. There you will find the transfer link to the analysed video, with its expiry date, and the report to download if your package includes it. If the link expired before you downloaded the video, request a new one directly from your client area.

Yes. Only the TACTOVIO team and the analyst handling your order can access your video link, and the analyst never receives your contact details (full name, email, phone, billing). When ordering, you confirm that you have the right to share the footage for analysis, including when it shows minors. Details are in our privacy policy.

Yes, from your client area, using the message form of your order. Your messages are handled by the TACTOVIO team, who liaise with the analyst when needed, and you receive an email when a reply is available. If the analyst needs more information, we contact you the same way.
